Professional achievements

Since January 2017, he has been CEO of Emerging Travel Group (manages brands,,, Felix joined the company as VP of Strategy in April 2013. In 2014, he took up the post of executive director of the company. While in this position, he reviewed all commercial, operational and financial processes and business functions. Becoming CEO led the company to profitability - with a growth rate of + 50% compared to the previous year. Today is the largest online travel company in Russia.

Prior to joining the team, Felix was a co-founder and general partner of Start Fund, a San Francisco-based fund that finances early stage startups. The fund has invested in over 400 projects. Significant investments with Felix's participation were projects: Uber, Gusto (fka Zen Payroll), Lendup, Instacart, Evernote and AngelList.

Prior to that, Felix worked at DST Global and DST Russia, where he was one of the first employees (later renamed Group). At DST Global, he was part of a small investment team that has invested in Facebook, Twitter, Airbnb, ZocDoc and Spotify. At DST Russia, Felix was responsible for managing the

fund's investments in the VKontakte project (the largest Russian social network) and Qiwi (the largest payment service in Eastern Europe, listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange).
