2009 - graduated with honors from the Institute of Business and Entrepreneurship NOU VPO with a degree in Organization Management.
From 2008 to 2011 - deputy coordinator of the Smolensk regional branch of the Liberal Democratic Party, at the same time worked as an assistant on a voluntary basis to the deputy of the State Duma A.V. Ostrovsky in the Smolensk region (2009 - 2012).

2009 - early completion of postgraduate studies at the Department of Operative Surgery with a course in topographic anatomy of Smolensk State Medical University. He defended his Ph.D. thesis on the topic: "Comprehensive assessment of the functional activity of the spleen autograft in rats" in the specialty "immunology and allergology". Then he worked as an assistant at the Department of Operative Surgery with a course in topographic anatomy.

Sergey Dmitrievich is the author of 140 scientific papers, 2 teaching aids for doctors, 2 monographs, he received 34 patents for inventions and 11 certificates for rationalization proposals.
Research interests: minimally invasive technologies in surgery and therapy, development of diagnostic equipment based on bioimpedance analysis, experimental surgery, development of new methods for diagnostics and treatment of various diseases.
